Our Background
After The Show was founded by people who have spent fifteen years at the heart of the UK’s circular economy — sourcing, grading and reselling premium branded apparel and footwear at scale. We’ve worked quietly behind the scenes with some of the biggest names in retail, building the infrastructure, the trust and the relationships that make what we do possible.
The best products in the world shouldn’t end up in a skip.
That experience taught us one thing above everything else. The music industry generates millions of pounds of official merchandise every year — tour tees, hoodies, limited collab pieces — produced in good faith for fans who never got the chance to buy them. When a tour ends, that stock has nowhere to go. Until now it was written off, destroyed or sold through channels that had no respect for the artist or the fan.

Our Aims & Goals
Our mission is simple: to keep official band merchandise in circulation, in the right hands, at the right price. We work directly with the people who own and manage this stock — labels, merch companies, artist management — to acquire it legitimately, present it properly, and connect it with the fans who actually want it.
Every item on After The Show is officially licensed, artist-attributed and sourced with full transparency.
Nothing here fell off the back of a lorry. We are building the UK’s first dedicated platform for post-tour merchandise — a permanent home for the stock that tours leave behind.

Long term, our goal is to become the trusted partner for every major label, merch company and festival in the UK and Europe — the place where stock gets a second life rather than a landfill. As legislation catches up with the reality of waste in the music industry, we intend to be the infrastructure the industry relies on.
